A round up if today. Most of the teams have now turned up at the dropzone and are doing their practice jumps. The winds calmed down quite a bit, so I made my first Speed Skydive over The Palm Jemeriah which was scary seeing as I exited over the water. Its hard to get across quite how massive the palm actually is and in comparisson, the landing area is about 3 or 4 times the size of the Hibaldstow landing area.
We were also all given our welcome gifts which included a clock come foldout photo album, a t-shirt and leather bound calendar.
To finish for today, a few photos from Al Thompson.
