Good morning folks. The weather here today so far is great and several of the Dorniers are flying back to back loads at the moment. There is some mixed weather coming, but hopefully that will not affect teams warm-up / feel good jumps.
An interesting situation has arisen regarding cameramen. Last year and this year that has been an acute shortage of cameramen (& camerawomen!). There is a rule right at the beginning of the competition rules which states that no person may enter more than one team in the same class and since a cameraman is classed as a member of the team that includes them.
Having chatted to Chief Judge Kate Charters, it appears that this situation MAY be inevitable. The decision therefore will lie between the Chief Judge and the dropzone manifest. I have personally heard of 2 teams who may be in that situation. That will become apparent when registration closes at 17:00 today.
