The weather simply has not played ball this weekend. The Meet Director decided to organise team meetings for each of the 5 categories and a vote was taken to delay (or in official speak "stand-down") or stay around until next weekend when jumping can continue again in better weather.
Rookie & VFS managed to complete to round 4, A & AA to round 5 and AAA to round 7. Both the Rookie and VFS categories decided to stick it out a few more hours to get lucky and complete some more rounds. A, AA and AAA will return next weekend!
This is never what the dropzone or the competitors want, however there is little choice now. So until next week, when we try again with the roll-over weekend and the other events.
