Welcome to the 2nd weekend if the British National Skydiving Championships and we have a lot to do! It's also a roll-over weekend for the 4-way and VFS, but fortunately, the lions share of the rounds have already been completed. So lets start with the re-draw which if you remember from an earlier post uses the formations first which have not been drawn thus far:
So, the single A category has become somewhat easier with a nice all random round 7. The AAA which had a fast round 9 (3 randoms and a block) last weekend has been lost, and it has now become a triple blocker. Good for some teams, but for a lot, it means they won't get the average they had hoped for.
VFS is a mixed bag too and the block 17 on R7 can be done in several different ways, some riskier than others.
On to the 8-way draw and in the open category, it seems that rounds 2 and 3 early on are the ones to watch for the high scores from.
Wheels off tomorrow is at 8am, see you then.
